V&A Quay 7 Hotel Public Realm

PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

A new 5-star hotel being constructed in the V & A Waterfront in Cape Town. Mowana Engineers is designing and managing all the work outside of the building footprint, working closely with the landscape architects and the services consultants. This area of responsibility addresses the interface between the hotel and the public.
